The clinic will end approximately 6:00pm.  Please note, if you cannot volunteer for these specific times, please arrive when you can.  If you need to leave before 6:00pm, please inform the lead volunteer or coordinator in your area upon arrival for the day. This will assist us in determining how many patients can be seen each day.

General Volunteers:
Non-Professional Volunteers. Plan to arrive between 5:00am - 5:30am for your volunteer assignment.  Please be flexible concerning your assignment.  We have hundreds of jobs that need to be filled; you usually won’t be able to volunteer for a specific assignment.  We have a few jobs in patient registration requiring computer/typing skills.  There are only a few of these jobs and they are assigned on a first come first serve basis.   Although we will do our best to honor general volunteers position requests, general volunteers will be assigned duties when they arrive based on our greatest need at the time.  We appreciate your flexibility.  We have to get the massive clinic operation up and running each morning at 5:00 am so things are very busy.  You will find that you will enjoy any of the jobs, meet new people and make new friends.

Patient Intake Volunteers:
RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and EMTs,  Plan to arrive no later than 5:00 am. Orientation will begin promptly at 5:15 am. If you have - please bring a BP cuff, stethoscope, and a watch with a second hand (required.)
