2024 Coachella Valley Clinic 

The 2024 Coachella Valley Clinic will be held on March 8-10, 2024, at the Empire Polo Grounds: 81800 Avenue 51 Indio, CA 92201. All services are free, open to the public, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of services as capacity allows. The clinic will open at 7:00 am. No ID is required. Services are provided at the discretion of the healthcare provider.  The Empire Polo Grounds will open at 5:00 am to allow parking access.

Services provide include dental (fillings, extractions, cleanings, x-rays); vision (vision acuity tests and eyeglasses made onsite); medical (basic physical, blood pressure and blood glucose screening). Additional services include: immunizations and STI & HIV screening each day, and mammograms on Saturday and Sunday.

*NEW INFORMATION REGARDING FREE BUS TRANSPORTATION* 

SunLine Transit will provide limited FREE bus services on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Following is the route and schedule EACH DAY of the clinic:

Pick-up - 6:00 a.m. departure from 66th Ave/Family Health Center

  • Pick-Up from 5th/Vine
  • Directly to Polo Field
  • Approximate arrival time is 6:45 a.m.

Round Trip

    12:00 p.m. departure from Polo Field

  • Drop-off at 5th/Vine
  • Drop-off at 66th/Family Health Center
  • Approximate arrival time is 12:45 p.m.

   1:00 p.m. departure from 66th Ave/Family Health Center

  • Pick-up at 5th/Vine
  • Directly to Polo Field
  • Approximate arrival time is 1:45 p.m.

Final Pick-Up

5:00 p.m. departure from the Polo Field

  • Drop-off at 5th/Vine

2024 Placer County Veterans Stand Down

The 2024 Placer Veterans Stand Down will be held on May 7-8, 2024, at @the Grounds (formerly Placer County Fairgrounds): 700 Event Center Drive, Roseville, CA 95678. All services are free and open to veterans and their families on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of services as capacity allows. The clinic will open at 8:00 am each day. Services are provided at the discretion of the healthcare provider.

2024 Humboldt County

The 2024 Humboldt County Clinic will be held on July 12-13, 2024, at the Adorni Center, 1011 Waterfront Drive, Eureka.  All services are free, open to the public, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of services as capacity allows. The clinic will open at 7:00 am, July 12-13, 2024.  No ID is required. Services are provided at the discretion of the healthcare provider.

2024 Sacramento Valley

The 2024 Sacramento Valley Clinic will be postponed from September 13-15, 2024, to Fall 2025. More information and new dates coming soon.

2024 San Joaquin Valley Clinic

The 2024 San Joaquin Valley Clinic will be held on November 15-17, 2024, at The Big Fresno Fairgrounds, 1121 S. Chance Avenue, Fresno, CA  93702.  All services are free, open to the public, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of services as capacity allows. The clinic will open at 7:00 am, November 15-17, 2024. No ID is required.  The Big Fresno Fairgrounds will open at 5:00 am to allow parking access.
